Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 15-day return policy for non-personalized items only, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for any NON-CUSTOMIZED items. Personalized or custom items are final sale items and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website contact page. Once you submit your return request, please allow 3 business days for us to process your return request and email you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

If your order is eligible for return, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return request and email you with further instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact us about an issue within 5 business days of receipt of your order (as shown on shipment tracking information), you are accepting your order, and no future claims will be approved for return/exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any of our personalized or custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items.

The easiest and fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your refund amount will be the paid amount, minus shipping costs and a $1 restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
